1. Independent service

DI Companion is an independently operated, unofficial companion service. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, authorized, certified, or supported by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. or its affiliates.

2. Trademarks and intellectual property

Diablo® and Diablo® Immortal™ are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and/or their respective rights holders. Other game titles, names, marks, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Game-related references are used only for descriptive and identification purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law. DI Companion does not claim ownership of or a licence to third-party intellectual property except where expressly stated.

3. Game data and accuracy

Game mechanics, values, schedules, terminology, and availability may change. DI Companion aims to present useful information but does not guarantee that game-related data is complete, current, or error-free. Verify important decisions in the game and through the rights holder's official sources.

4. Third-party platform rules

Use of the game, game account, and related platforms is governed by the terms, policies, and enforcement decisions of Blizzard Entertainment and other applicable rights holders. Users are responsible for reviewing and following those rules. DI Companion cannot modify them, interpret them authoritatively, or promise that any activity is permitted.

5. Game progression services

Where offered, manual completion of game activities is an independent commercial service. DI Companion does not represent that such services are approved, authorized, or permitted by Blizzard Entertainment or any other game operator.

Providing access to a game account may carry contractual, security, or enforcement risks. The user makes that decision and remains responsible for the account. DI Companion does not guarantee the absence of restrictions, suspension, loss of progress, or other action by the game operator.

6. Account credentials

The current DI Companion website does not collect or store Blizzard or Battle.net passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes, authentication cookies, or game session tokens in profiles, character records, or the cart. Do not submit those credentials through DI Companion forms.

A DI Companion account password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is separate from game-account credentials. Any future process involving game-account access requires a separate security and legal review before launch.

7. Third-party websites and services

Third-party sign-in, infrastructure, websites, links, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, content, and decisions are outside DI Companion's control. Use of a third-party integration does not imply endorsement by that provider.

8. No warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DI Companion is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular result, or compatible with every change to the game.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DI Companion and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost game progress, account restrictions, loss of data, lost opportunities, or reliance on game-related information outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Rights-holder requests

A rights holder or authorized representative may request review of material believed to infringe or misuse rights. The request should provide the following information:

DI Companion will review a sufficiently detailed request and may remove, restrict, or update material where appropriate. This process is not described as a formal DMCA safe-harbor program.

• identification of the material and the right concerned;
• the exact DI Companion URL;
• the basis of the complaint;
• the requester's name and reliable contact information.

The contact address is not configured. It must be published before production launch.

11. Changes

This disclaimer may be updated when the service, law, or third-party rules change. The effective date on this page will identify the current version. Review the page periodically for material updates.
